Wine & Beverage List Meadery of the Rockies makes four traditional meads by fermenting orange-blossom honey with water and yeast to create a clear, light wine of unusual bouquet and smoothness. Alcohol content is 12% by volume, like most wine, and cost is $11.95 per 750ml bottle. King Arthur (dry) King Arthur is the least sweet of the four. It is excellent by itself or with a wide variety of foods. Lancelot (medium dry) Lancelot is especially good with chicken, turkey, and seafood. Guinevere (semi-sweet) Guinevere enhances cheese, fruit, stir-fry or spicy dishes. Camelot (sweet) A dessert wine, Camelot can be served by itself or as an accompaniment to desserts. During the winter months, warm up with a glass of hot spiced Camelot wine.

overtones Meadery of the Rockies's Satins provide the perfect end to a perfect meal. These after-dinner sipping wines are similar to port or sherry, and have an alcohol content of 18.5%. Whether served alone, with cream, or over ice cream, these unique, smooth wines are sure to please.
